What this site is
Buck Nasty's Nasty Picks (the "Site") is published by [LLC NAME], a Minnesota limited liability company ("we"). It shows sports betting analysis: numbers from public rating systems compared against posted betting lines, and calls the Site's model makes from that comparison. It is for information and entertainment only.
Not advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or gambling advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to place any bet. Every call is the output of a model working from public data, and models are wrong often. You are responsible for every decision you make and every dollar you risk. Past results, including the record shown on the Site, do not predict future results.
Age and where you live
The Site is for people 21 and older. Sports betting and prediction markets are legal in some places and not others, and the rules differ by state and country. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you are. We do not take bets, hold money, or operate a sportsbook or exchange.
The record
Calls posted on the Site are graded at the line and price we posted, at the time we posted them, whether they win or lose. Calls are not removed or edited after they are posted except to correct a data error, and any such correction is noted on the Site. Some calls may be marked void with a stated reason; void calls are not counted.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party sportsbooks, exchanges and data sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices, terms or conduct. Some links may be referral links, meaning we may be paid if you sign up or transact after following them; where that is the case we say so. A link is not an endorsement, and a price shown on the Site may differ from what a book offers when you get there.
Accuracy
We work from feeds and pages we do not control. Lines move, feeds fail, and numbers on the Site may be stale or wrong. We make no promise that anything on the Site is accurate, complete or current. The Site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Site or reliance on anything on it, including money lost on any bet.
Paid features
If we offer paid features, the terms of that offer (price, billing, cancellation) will be stated at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise there, payments are not refundable.
Your conduct
Do not scrape, copy or republish the Site's content, calls or record without permission, and do not use the Site for anything unlawful.
Changes
We may change these terms and the Site at any time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
